You must be at least 13 years old to create a Navisht account. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide during registration is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@navisht.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You retain full ownership of the notes and other content you create in Navisht ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, back up, sync, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content and do not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to use the Service to create or store content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or violates these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated means to access the Service without our prior written permission.

Navisht is currently offered free of charge, without advertising or in-app purchases. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The Navisht name, logo, app, and website — excluding your User Content — are owned by [Your legal name or company name] and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our brand assets without prior written permission.

If you sign in using Google, your use of that sign-in method is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services you choose to use to access Navisht.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or to protect the Service, other users, or the public.
